ASPEN VALLEY

The complex consists of 4 building with over 290 apartments, playground, gazebo, large outdoor pool and lots of lawns.
All apartments are delivered in varying degrees of completion, with the option of a complete
finishing and furnishing.

The maintenance fee will be 6 euros per sqm for 1 calendar year and includes free access to the pool!

kukuriak

Complex „Kukuriak” is a complex of luxury apartments close to the historic center of Bansko, with its landmarks, traditional restaurants and taverns, and minutes from the new cable car to the ski slopes. The design and architecture of the building are in close harmony with the surroundings.

Complex „Kukuriak” is in a unique alpine style, with a dynamic form comprising two buildings connected by a central tower. The top of the tower is a replica of the bell tower from the church in Bansko. The typical local style is reflected in the shape of the balconies, eaves, chimneys, stone-covered walls and cobbled paths. The building combines natural materials such as wood stone, wrought iron, elegantly combined with modern hydro-, thermal- and acoustic insulation.

This unique complex is a pleasant stop both in the snowy days of winter and in the cool and crisp summer months – providing rest and relaxation to everyone who decides to enjoy the freshness of the Pirin Mountains.

Summit Lodge

Garden residence

Garden Residence is a gated residential complex and is located on an area of 15 000 sq.m. It has 84 luxuriously furnished apartments and penthouses, as well as public areas (reception, bars, restaurants, spa). The complex has Act 16 and is put into operation.
